Sufi Ice Cream And Kulfi

If you’re near the bus stop in Rander, you’ll likely see Sufi Ice Cream And Kulfi. We’re situated right opposite Panch Batti. It’s a prime spot for people waiting for their bus or just walking through the area. Because of where we are, we get a lot of foot traffic. It keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We don't have a big fancy sign, just enough so people know we’re there. The shop is small and we have to be careful about how we use the space. We’ve got a few different freezers for the ice cream and the kulfi. Making kulfi takes a bit of patience, and we’ve learned over the years not to rush it. We don't have a lot of help, so it's usually just one or two of us handling everything. Sometimes the supply truck is late and we have to explain that to the customers. Most people are understanding, though. We’ve been a part of the Rander community for a long time. We aren't looking to expand or become a big chain. We like being a local spot where people can just grab something quick. It’s a simple business model, and it works for us. We just keep the lights on and the freezers cold. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we can barely hear what people are asking for, but we manage just fine.
