Subs Academy And Saloon

Being out in Kosamba means we get a different crowd than the city. We are based in the Serene Complex on Masjid Road. It is right across from the Jugarazfab Station in the Juna Gaam area. It is an interesting spot because we have the academy side too, so there are often people learning how to cut hair or do makeup while we are working on customers. It gets a bit crowded sometimes with all the students and the clients in one space. We try to keep things organized, but when you are teaching and working at the same time, it can get a little chaotic. The building is decent, though the stairs can be a bit steep for some. We have been in Surat for a long time, but Kosamba has its own feel. It is a bit more relaxed here. We see a lot of people from the nearby houses and some who come in from the station side. We have several mirrors and chairs set up. We spend a lot of time talking about techniques and how to use the different shears. It is not a quiet place, that is for sure. There is always the sound of hair dryers or someone explaining a cut to a new student. We just try to do a good job and make sure everyone learns something. It is a practical place for anyone wanting to learn the trade or just get their hair fixed. We enjoy the mix of people who come through.
