Star Hair Salon

My brother and I run Star Hair Salon over in Shop No. 13 at Patel Park Society. We've been here on Tad Wadi Main Road for a good while now. It’s a busy spot on Rander Road, so there is always something to look at out the window. Usually, I get here early in the morning to sweep the floor and get the chairs ready for whoever walks in. The space is small, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main road is quite loud, but we just turn up the radio a bit and keep going. Most of the people who come here live in the nearby buildings, so we know their names and how they like their hair cut. You won't find fancy decor here like those big malls. We just have our mirrors, the basic tools, and a couple of stools for people waiting. My cousin helps out on the weekends when it gets a bit more crowded. We have been in this spot for years, and the neighborhood hasn't changed all that much. Usually, the afternoons are quiet, then it picks up when people get off work. I like sitting by the door when there's no one inside just watching the bikes go past on the road. We don't do anything complicated here, just the usual stuff people need. If you're walking around Patel Park Society, you'll see the sign out front. It's a simple life running a shop like this.
