Sri Vagad Welfare Hospital Bhachau

We set up Sri Vagad Welfare Hospital here in Bhachau because people in Kutch needed a place close by when they get sick or hurt. It is not a fancy building with big signs, just a practical space where we try to help out the local families. Most days it stays pretty busy with people coming in from the nearby villages. We deal with whatever comes through the door, from kids with fevers to older folks who just need a checkup. The rooms are basic but we keep them clean enough for everyone who stays. Living in this part of Kutch means we know how hard it can be to get to the bigger cities for medical stuff, so we just stay open and do what we can. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit crowded in the mornings, but people are patient. Our staff is mostly local folks who live right here in Bhachau. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just focus on the daily work of seeing patients and making sure they get their medicine. It is a lot of work sometimes, especially when the weather is hot, but it is what we do. If you walk down the main road, you will find us easily. We have been part of this community for a while now and most people know where we are. It’s just a regular welfare hospital doing its bit for the town and the surrounding areas. We stay focused on the patients and try to keep things running smoothly every single day.
