Silki Beauty Parlour

You can find our place at Block No. 23/173 in the Khatodhra Colony. It is part of the Shastri Nagar area in Surat. We are quite close to where Ekta Travels is located. If you know the 395002 area, you probably know our street. It is a residential block for the most part, so it stays relatively quiet. We started this parlor because there were not many places for the women around here to get their hair done. We handle all the basic beauty needs like haircuts, henna, and face cleaning. The shop is not massive but it is a practical space for our work. We keep the tools clean and the chairs ready for whoever walks in. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we just manage with the windows open. That is just part of living in this part of town. The neighbors are very nice and they often bring their children along with them. We have a small bench for the kids to sit on while their mothers get their work done. It can get a little cramped when several people show up at the same time, but we always make it work. We do not spend money on fancy ads. Most people hear about us from their friends or see the board outside. It keeps everything simple. We are here six days a week just staying busy.
