Shree Veer Amul Parlour

We are over on the Adajan Dn Service Road at number 59. It’s an Amul parlour, so we mostly sell ice cream, milk packets, and cheese. The service road stays busy with cars skipping the main traffic, so we see a lot of people pulling over for a quick snack. We have a few freezers that hum all night to keep the cones from melting. Sometimes kids from the neighborhood come in after school and it gets a bit noisy for a while. The floor is tiled and we try to mop it every evening because of the sticky footprints. 59 is the spot on the road where we’ve been for a few years now. We don’t really do much advertising, people just know we are here when they want a cold drink. It’s a simple job, stocking the crates and making sure the fridge stays at the right temperature. The summers are our busiest time for obvious reasons. Adajan is a nice enough area and the people are generally polite. We have a small bench outside but it’s usually too hot to sit on during the day. We just keep the lights on and the milk fresh. It’s not a complicated business, just a regular local parlour serving the folks who live nearby. Shree Veer Amul Parlour is just a small part of this neighborhood. We try to keep things simple and easy for everyone.
