You can find us in the basement of Akash Ganga Apartment in Saiyedpura. We’re located in the Vanki Bordi area, right near Dr. Bhacca’s dispensary. Because we are in the basement, it stays a bit cooler than the street outside, which is helpful since we store a lot of medicines. We operate as a medical agency, which means our daily life is all about boxes and inventory. The space is filled with tall shelves packed with different pharmaceutical products. We spend a lot of our time checking expiry dates, sorting through new arrivals, and getting orders ready for local chemists. It’s not a very fancy place, and it can get a little crowded when we have a lot of stock coming in at once. The street outside is narrow and can get quite congested with scooters and delivery vans, especially in the mornings. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and have a good relationship with the pharmacies in the neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a flashy sign. It’s just us doing the work of a wholesale distributor. We keep our records on a computer and also in some old-fashioned ledgers. Sometimes we have to deal with missing items or delayed shipments, but that’s just part of the trade. We just show up every day, count the stock, and make sure the right medicines are going where they are supposed to go. It’s a simple, busy business and it keeps us occupied from dawn until dusk.
