Shree Laxmi Dairy & Mithai

At Rander Maruthi Market, things start moving way before the sun is actually up. We are here early to take the milk deliveries and get the first batches of curd set. The market is a loud place with trucks and bikes constantly moving around 41337. Our shop, Shree Laxmi Dairy & Mithai, is right in the middle of that chaos. We make a few types of sweets every day, mostly the ones people want for their daily tea or small family gatherings. The floor is usually a bit damp from cleaning the milk cans, and the smell of fresh sweets is always in the air. We don't have any fancy displays or bright neon lights. It’s just the same wooden counters we’ve had for a long time. Some days the milk sells out faster than we expect, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. That's just the nature of fresh dairy work. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years, so we all know how the routine goes. Customers often stop by just to chat for a minute while they wait for their change. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running at full speed. The noise from the street can be a bit much, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on our daily tasks and getting things ready for the evening rush when people stop by after work. If a batch of sweets isn't right, we don't put it out. Sometimes we run out of packaging boxes and have to use plain bags. It's a busy, unpolished life here in Rander, but it's what we know.
