Our small shop is at 41, Ambika Park Sosayti. We are right across from the Mahadevnag Same area in Didoli. Being inside a society means we see the same people almost every single day. It feels very local and familiar. We focus a lot on herbal products because that is what we have experience with. We do not like using too many harsh chemicals on the skin. You will usually smell things like turmeric or sandalwood when you walk into the room. The setup is simple. We have a few stations for hair and skin treatments. It is not one of those high-end places with air conditioning that makes you shiver. We just use the ceiling fans and keep the main door open to catch the breeze. Didoli is a growing area of Surat, so we often see new people moving in and stopping by to check our prices. We try to keep things fair for everyone. We are not trying to do anything fancy, just earn a living doing what we know how to do. The mornings are usually slow, so we spend that time cleaning up and getting the towels ready. By the afternoon, the local ladies start coming in after they finish their daily chores. It is a good rhythm for us. We have been at this address for a long time and know the neighborhood well.
