United Book Manufacturing

Our factory is at A 115 Shiv Industry, which is near Laskana in the Rajendra Nagar Industrial Area of Sahibabad. United Book Manufacturing is exactly what it sounds like. We make books. The whole place smells like fresh ink and paper glue. It’s a big space with heavy machines for cutting and binding. When the machines are all running at once, you have to shout to be heard. It is a very hands-on job. We have stacks of paper and cardboard everywhere. The floors are concrete and usually have some scraps lying around. We don't have any fancy front office. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to come right onto the floor. Our workers have been with us for a long time and they know exactly how to handle the equipment. We produce notebooks, journals, and all sorts of printed material. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we have to stay late to get the trucks loaded. Sahibabad is a tough industrial area, and we fit right in. We don't have time for marketing or being polished. We just focus on the books being put together well and sent out on time. It is a lot of physical work and we take pride in seeing the finished stacks ready to go. The neighborhood is always busy with other manufacturing units, and we just keep doing our part day by day.
