You can find us on the 4th Floor of SNS House 3, which is near Parle Point in the Athwalines area. This is a pretty central part of the city, and being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. Parle Point is a landmark everyone around here knows, so giving directions is usually easy. SNS House is a busy building with other offices, so there’s always people coming and going in the elevator. The clinic isn't huge, but we’ve organized it so there’s enough room for everyone. We have a waiting area with some chairs and a small desk where the receptionist sits. It’s a bit more modern than some other places, but we still keep things simple and down-to-earth. The morning sun comes through the windows, which is nice. Athwalines is a lively neighborhood, so there’s plenty of places to grab a snack or tea nearby when the staff takes a break. We don't do much in the way of advertising; we just rely on people knowing we are here. Most of our day is spent answering the phone and seeing people who have booked a time to come in. It’s a steady pace, not too frantic, but we stay occupied. We just focus on keeping the clinic running smoothly for whoever walks in the door.
