Shail Beauty Care And Spa is located at Shop 10 in the Model Town Regency building. We are over in Saroli, which is a busy part of Surat, especially with the Sanskrutik Bhawan being so close by. Our shop is a small space where we try to give people a break from the noise outside. We do hair treatments, skin care, and some spa services when people need to relax. It’s mostly just us working here every day, making sure the towels are washed and the floors are swept. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just put a sign out front and wait for people to walk in. Some days are very quiet and we just sit and talk, but other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. That’s just how the beauty business goes in a city like this. We try to keep our tools sharp and our supplies stocked up. The lighting in the back room is a bit dim but it helps people fall asleep during a facial. We aren't experts in everything, but we know how to do the basics well enough. Most of our customers are women from the apartments nearby who just want a quick thread or a hair wash. We like the regular pace of things here. It feels like a small community inside the shop. We just keep things moving and stay busy until the sun goes down.
