Samarpan Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away at 3/4 Shiv Nagar Society on Dabholi Road in Katargam. It’s a small place but it serves the people living around here well. Most days start with us opening up the shutters and getting the files ready for the morning rush. Since we are in Shiv Nagar Society, a lot of our patients are just our neighbors who walk over when they have a fever or need a quick checkup. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run okay. The space is a bit tight when it gets crowded, but we make do with what we have. Dabholi Road can get quite noisy with the traffic outside, but once you’re inside the clinic, it’s mostly just the sound of people waiting and the occasional phone ringing. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; we still like our paper records for a lot of things. It’s a simple setup. People know they can come in, sit down for a bit, and get seen without too much fuss. We try to keep the wait times down, though sometimes it’s unavoidable when a few people show up at once. It’s a local spot for local problems. We’ve been in Katargam long enough that we’ve seen kids grow up and bring their own families in now.
