You’ll find Sai Roop Beauty Parlour at B 9 Poojan Ro House. We are tucked away in Palanpur Patiya, right on Rander Road. It’s a good spot because we are just behind Dipanjali Society. Being in a row house setup like Poojan Ro House gives it a very local, comfortable feel. It doesn’t feel like you’re going into a cold office; it feels like walking into someone’s home. Rander Road is usually packed with traffic, but once you turn off towards the society, it gets a lot calmer. I usually start my morning by putting out the sign and getting the tea ready. We have a few regular ladies from Dipanjali Society who come in almost every week. We know their stories and they know ours. It’s just the way it goes when you’ve been in one place for a while. The work is steady. We do what needs to be done, whether it’s a quick trim or something else. We don’t have a big marketing plan or a polished image. We’re just local people working in our own neighborhood. The afternoons are slow sometimes, so we sit by the door and watch the world go by. It’s a decent way to spend the day. By the time we close up at B 9, the streetlights are usually on and Rander Road is finally starting to slow down a little bit. It's a simple life for us here.
