Sahjanand Computer Care

Our shop is located in the Royal Arcade, right at unit 112. If you know where the zoo is near Sarthana Jakatnaka, we are directly opposite that. It's a busy spot with lots of people passing by. We spend most of our time looking at monitors and opening up CPU cabinets. Sahjanand Computer Care has been in this neighborhood for some time. We deal with everyday computer issues like software freezing or hardware getting too hot. It is not a huge office, just a practical space where we can get work done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud but we are used to it. People from the nearby apartments often stop by when their internet stops working or their printer acts up. We aren't doing anything complicated, just basic repair work and maintenance. We keep a stock of small parts like cables and mouse units. When someone brings in a laptop, we take a look and see what can be done. It's mostly about being helpful to the neighbors. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The zoo across the road is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. It is a straightforward business. We show up, fix what is broken, and help out where we can. It is a lot of troubleshooting and testing parts one by one.
