Our place is located at E/49/50 in Bamroli. It’s an industrial area, so it’s pretty rugged around here. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get our work done. We have different sections for the machinery and for storing the finished products. Most days we are just focused on keeping the equipment running and making sure everything is on track. It gets pretty loud once all the machines start up in the morning. We don't spend much time in an office; most of us are out on the floor where the action is. There’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting. We deal with a lot of heavy materials and the floor is usually marked up from all the activity. It’s the kind of place where you don’t mind getting your hands dirty. We have a small crew and we all know our roles pretty well by now. Bamroli is a hardworking part of the city, and we fit right in with the rest of the units around us. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just the unit numbers on the door. It’s honest work and we stay focused on the tasks at hand until the shift is over. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big order to finish.
