Roopkala Hair Saloon

Roopkala Hair Saloon is at Shop No 20 in Reshma Residency. This is on the main road in Punagam, Surat. We’re quite close to the Punagam Neher and the Varachha Bank is nearby too. It’s a convenient spot for anyone living in Punagam. We have a small shop where we do haircuts and shaving. It’s a very basic setup with just the essential tools. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. The main road is always busy with traffic and people going to the bank or the canal. We get a lot of regular customers who live right here in Reshma Residency. It’s nice because we get to know everyone who comes in. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or expensive chairs. It’s just a simple local saloon for the neighborhood. Sometimes the shop gets full and people have to wait, so they just stand outside and watch the traffic or talk to neighbors. We try to keep the place clean but hair is always on the floor. That’s just how it is in this line of work. We’re open most days and we just do our work as best as we can. There’s no big story behind the shop, we just needed a place to work and Punagam seemed like a good area. It’s easy to find us if you follow the canal road and look for the residency.
