Our shop is located at S-A-1 in Skyview Apartment. We are right on Aai Mata Road in the Parvat Patia area. It’s a pretty easy place to find because we are directly opposite D R World. Most people around here use that as a landmark when they are trying to get to us. We handle hair cutting and some spa stuff too. It’s not a huge fancy place, but it works for the people living nearby. We see a lot of the same faces every month. The apartment building is quite tall, so you can see it from a distance. Inside, we have a few chairs and the usual equipment for hair styling. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic on Aai Mata Road, but that’s just how it is in Surat. We try to keep things simple. There isn't a lot of extra decoration. We focus on the hair and making sure the customer is okay with what we're doing. If the wait is long, there are stools to sit on. We’ve been here in Parvat Patia for some time now. Dealing with different hair types every day keeps us busy. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated styles unless someone specifically asks for it. Usually, people just want a clean look. We open up the shop around ten and close when the last person leaves. It's a steady life for us here.
