Ramesh Dugdhalay

Ramesh Dugdhalay is a small place located at Rander 13. We have been here for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent dealing with milk and dairy things. It’s an early start for us, usually before the sun is even up properly. The air is always a bit cool in the mornings which is nice. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. It’s just a practical space where we can get our work done. People from around Rander come by throughout the day. Some are in a hurry and others stay to chat for a minute or two. We just keep things simple. There isn’t a lot of complicated stuff going on here. We make sure the containers are clean and everything is where it should be. At Rander 13, you won’t find any big flashing signs or anything like that. Just a plain shop where we sell what we have. Sometimes we run out of stock early if it’s a busy holiday or something. That’s just part of the business. We like the rhythm of the work. It’s the same thing every day but we don’t mind. Ramesh Dugdhalay is just a local dairy spot. We don’t pretend to be anything more than that. It’s a quiet life for the most part and we are happy with how things are. We just do our bit every single morning.
