Rajbhog Ice Cream & Kulfi

Our little shop is located at number 10 on Maruti Mandir Marg in the Adajan area. We mostly focus on ice cream and kulfi. We have a few deep freezers that take up most of the space. They are always running, and you can feel the heat coming off the back of them if you stand too close. We’ve got a few different flavors, but kulfi is what most people ask for when they come in. It’s a bit of a quiet neighborhood, though the temple nearby brings in more people on certain days of the week. We have a few small stools for people to sit on while they eat, but they are a bit wobbly. We probably should fix them, but they still hold up. The walls are painted a simple white, and we have a few pictures of the ice cream we sell. It’s just a basic place. We don’t have fancy toppings or anything like that, just the regular stuff. The floor gets a bit sticky from time to time when kids drop their cones, so we are always mopping. We open in the afternoon and stay open until fairly late at night when the families come out for a walk. It’s just us here, making sure the kulfi is frozen right and the customers get their change. We’ve been on Maruti Mandir Marg for a good bit now, and we know most of the families who live on this street.
