Prity Beauty Parlour

We are located in one of the older parts of Surat, at 6/564 Moti Sheri. This is in the Gale Mandi area of Bhagal. If you know the city, you know that the lanes here are very narrow and always full of people and scooters. You cannot really bring a car right to our door, it is better to walk from the main Bhagal crossing. Our building is quite old with thick walls. Inside, we have set up the parlour with the basics. We have a couple of mirrors and some shelves for our threads and creams. It is a very traditional neighborhood and we have been part of it for a long time. The space is small, but we make it work for the daily visitors. Most of our customers are ladies from the nearby houses who have been coming to us for years. We know their families and they know ours. It is more like visiting a neighbor than going to a shop. We don't have any fancy computers or booking systems, we just write things down in a notebook if we need to. The lighting is just a few bulbs, but it is enough to see what we are doing. It is a humble place in a very busy, historic part of the city. We open the doors in the morning and stay until late evening when the street gets quiet and the shops close.
