We've been situated here at 189/3 Bombay Market in Rustom Court for quite some time now. It is a crowded part of the city, especially around Dr A B Road. If you know where Purshottam Bhavan is, then finding us isn't too hard, though the traffic makes it a bit of a challenge most days. My name is Pawan, and I handle the day-to-day things here. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and looking through the old registers. The building itself is quite old but it stays cool in the heat, which is a blessing during the summer months. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of work that needs doing. People come by mostly because they know where to find us. It’s a busy spot in Bombay Market, and there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up when things get hectic. Dealing with the heat and the crowds is just part of the routine here. We’ve seen the area change over the years, more cars and more people every day. It’s not a quiet life but it’s what we do. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so we tell everyone to watch their step. It’s just a regular place where we get the job done and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing more to it.
