I operate out of my place at 1 Chikalda. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that, just a simple space where I can focus on my work. Chikalda is a quiet enough spot, so there aren't many distractions around here. I’ve been doing this for quite some time now, handling various business tasks and helping out people with whatever they need. My setup is pretty basic. I have a sturdy desk, a computer, and some shelves for my books and papers. I don't see the need for a fancy office in a big city when I can get everything done right here. Most of my day is spent on the phone or working through files on my desk. I don't have a staff or a big team; it’s just me taking care of things. People around here know me and know where to find me if they have a question or need some help with their paperwork. It’s a very direct way of working. I don't have any marketing brochures or a big website. I just rely on doing a decent job and word of mouth from folks I’ve helped before. It’s a calm way to live and work. I start early in the morning and usually finish up by the evening, unless something urgent comes up. It’s just a normal life and a normal business run by a local person.
