We’ve been at Sagrampura Trade House for a while now. Our office is in unit 5056. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all the time. Mostly, we deal with financial paperwork and helping folks figure out their money situations. It’s not fancy, but we have our desks set up and the coffee is usually hot. Some days it’s just sorting through piles of documents and making sure everything is where it needs to be. We get a lot of locals dropping by because they know where we are. It’s easier for them than going to a big bank in the middle of the city. We talk to people about their taxes or how to save a bit better. Sometimes we just listen to what's going on in their lives. The trade house itself is easy to find, which helps. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at computer screens. It’s the kind of work that takes a lot of patience. We try to keep things simple. No one likes complicated talk when it comes to their cash. We just sit down, look at the numbers, and see what can be done. It’s just a small group of us here. We know the area well and have seen the neighborhood change over the years. We keep our hours regular so people know when to find us. My desk is always a bit of a mess with sticky notes, but I know where everything is. It’s just a normal job for us, really. No fuss here.
