You can find us up on the 4th floor of the B-Building at Dipkamal Doctor House. It’s right there near the Sarthana Zoo, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find their way around the Varachha Main Road area. Being at Sarthana Jakatnaka means there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside, but once you get up to the fourth floor, it settles down a little bit. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The elevator can be a bit slow when the building is full of people going to different offices, so we tell everyone to give themselves a few extra minutes. The health centre itself is set up to be functional. We don't have any of those shiny marble floors or fancy waiting rooms you see in the magazines. It’s just a regular place where people come when they aren't feeling well or need a checkup. Our staff is mostly local people who understand the area and how things work around here. We see a lot of foot traffic from the main road because it’s such a central spot. Sometimes it gets a bit confusing with all the different buildings nearby, but Dipkamal is pretty easy to spot once you're in the right lane. We just spend our days handling the appointments and trying to keep everything organized so nobody has to wait longer than necessary. It’s a busy life here in Varachha but it's what we're used to. We just keep the doors open, help whoever comes in, and try to get through the day.
