Parul Beauty Parlour & Classes is located inside Manali Complex on Varachha Road. Our shop is number 5. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Himat Nagar Shak Market. That market is always loud and full of people buying vegetables, so there is a lot of activity right outside our door. We do the regular parlour work here, and we also have the classes for anyone wanting to learn the trade. It gets quite busy in the afternoons after the morning market rush slows down. We have been in this complex for a while now. The space inside is basically divided between where we do the hair and skin work and where the students sit to learn. It is a simple place with old-fashioned mirrors and comfortable enough chairs. The floor is tile, which makes it easy to sweep up after a haircut. We get a lot of women who come in after doing their grocery shopping at the Shak Market. They just want a quick trim or to get their eyebrows done before heading home. The students bring a lot of energy to the shop, always asking questions and trying out new things they’ve seen. It is just a regular part of life here on Varachha Road. We keep the fans running all day to deal with the Surat heat. It’s a honest day’s work for us and we just keep the doors open for everyone.
