Panihari Hair And Beauty is situated inside the Gyan Prawah Apartment on Dabholi Road. We are directly opposite Mahek Residency, which is a big landmark in this part of Surat. Our shop isn’t very large, but we have enough space for hair and beauty work. We do both men’s and women’s services, though it’s mostly simple stuff like cuts and basic facials. We have a few mirrors and the usual chairs you’d expect. The area around Dabholi Road has changed a lot since we first opened. There are many more people living here now. Most of our customers come from Mahek Residency or the other new buildings nearby. We don’t have any high-tech equipment or expensive products. We just use what works and what people like. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the door open and the fans running. It’s a very relaxed place. We don’t have a receptionist, so we just answer the phone ourselves while we work. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with hair on the floor and bottles on the counter, but we clean up when we can. We aren't trying to be a fancy city salon. We are just a local shop where you can get your hair done without paying too much. People come here because they know us and they know what to expect. It’s just a normal, everyday business for our family and we enjoy the work.
