Noor Computer Threads

Noor Computer Threads is a small shop at G 2 in the Metro Tower on Ring Road. We are right beside the Kinnary Cinema, so there is always a crowd nearby, especially when a big movie is playing. We deal with threads that are used for computer embroidery machines. The shop is basically just walls of shelves filled with every color of thread you can think of. It is a bit cramped inside because we try to keep so much stock on hand. You can hear the hum of the city from the Metro Tower all day long. Ring Road is one of the busiest spots around, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge with all the traffic. We spend our time pulling down spools for customers and keeping track of which shades are running low. It’s a lot of standing and reaching for things on the top shelves. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here, just the thread and a small counter to do the business. The cinema next door brings a lot of life to the area, and sometimes we get people wandering in just because they saw the sign. It gets a bit messy with loose strings and cardboard boxes, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been here for a while and most of the embroidery workers in the area know where to find us in the tower.
