New Kismat Luggage

New Kismat Luggage is our small shop in Surat, sitting right opposite the Ranbow Ice Cream parlor. It is a busy spot, especially in the evenings when families come out for a treat. We have been here for a while, selling all kinds of bags and suitcases to the people in this neighborhood. Our space is filled from floor to ceiling with rucksacks, trolley bags, and school satchels. Sometimes it is hard to walk through the aisles because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for the locals. People usually stop in when they are planning a trip or when their old zipper finally gives up. We see a lot of different folks. Some are looking for something heavy-duty for a long flight and others just want a simple bag for work. The humidity in Surat can be tough on materials, so we try to keep everything dry and tidy inside the shop. Being across from the ice cream shop means we get a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. You can usually hear the sounds of the street and the chatter of people waiting for their cones. We do not have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a straightforward place where you can find a bag that works for you. We spend our mornings dusting off the displays and rearranging the big suitcases that sit out front to catch the eye of people passing by on the road.
