You can find us at C/63 in Thakkargram, right near the Pachpaoli bridge. It is a busy and somewhat noisy part of the city, especially with all the traffic coming off the bridge. We run our dairy business from here, so there is always a lot of activity throughout the day. The building is just a regular structure that we’ve adapted for our needs. We handle the collection and distribution of milk, which means there are always crates and cans being moved around. It’s a lot of physical work and the hours can be quite long. We start before sunrise and often finish well after dark. Our office is just a small corner with a desk and some registers where we keep track of the deliveries. We aren't interested in being a big, polished company. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the milk goes where it needs to. Sometimes the area around the bridge gets very crowded, which makes our deliveries a bit tricky, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We know the other people working in Thakkargram and it feels like a solid community. We don't have any fancy marketing plans or big slogans. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done to keep the dairy running. It's a simple, hardworking life for all of us here.
