Milano Soloon And Spa is situated in the Radhesyam Shopping Center on Ved Road in Surat. We are on the first floor, in Shop Number 113. This part of Surat is very busy, especially near the Singanpor Char Rasta. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but it gets a bit muffled once you are inside the shopping center. The salon has a few different sections. We have the chairs for hair cutting and then some private rooms for the spa services. It’s a decent-sized shop for this area. The tiles are white, and we have some basic styling stations set up with mirrors and drawers for our scissors and combs. We spend a lot of time cleaning up, as a busy day in Surat can get quite dusty. The staff is a mix of people who have been doing this for a long time. We don't really have a boss who sits in an office; we all just work together to get the jobs done. Customers come in from the local market and the nearby houses. Some stay for a long time for a full spa treatment, while others just want a quick trim so they can get back to their business. We have a small water cooler in the corner for the guests. The place looks like a regular local shop, with some wear and tear on the furniture, but it’s a comfortable enough spot to sit for an hour.
