Milan Hair Salon

Milan Hair Salon is situated in Yogi Darshan, which is right opposite the water tank in Nana Varaccha. This part of Surat is called Yogi Chowk. The water tank is a huge landmark, so if you are in the area, you can easily spot where we are. It is a very busy intersection and there is always something going on outside. The salon is just a basic place for a haircut. We have the usual chairs and a few mirrors on the walls. It can get pretty dusty with all the traffic at Yogi Chowk, so we have to clean the floor quite a lot. People around Nana Varaccha know us as a place to get a quick hair cut without any fuss. We have been here for a good number of years now. Most days it is just a steady stream of local guys coming in. On Sundays, it gets really packed and people have to sit on the bench and wait. We don't use any fancy marketing or anything, just a sign outside that says Milan Hair Salon. The neighborhood is growing fast and there are always new buildings going up, but the water tank stays the same. It is a reliable spot. We just focus on doing a decent job so people come back next time. It isn't a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we like the regulars.
