Malav Icecream & Juice Parlour

We are over at Mota Varachha 13-14, right in the middle of things here. Most days start early because we have to get the fruit ready for the juice. It’s a lot of peeling and cutting before the sun gets too high. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have the freezers lined up on one side for the ice cream and the juicers on the other. It gets pretty loud when those machines are running at the same time. Sometimes the floor gets a bit sticky, but we try to mop it whenever there is a break. People from around the neighborhood stop by after work or when they are out with their families in the evening. It’s mostly just us working here, making sure the milk is fresh and the ice is stocked up. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just some chairs and the counter where we take orders. The fans stay on all day because it gets quite warm in this part of town. You can hear the traffic from the road while you sit inside. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now, just doing the same routine every day. It’s not a complicated business. We just sell what people want when it's hot out. Sometimes we run out of a certain fruit, and we have to tell people to pick something else. That’s just how it goes sometimes.
