Madhav Ice Cream

Madhav Ice Cream is at Shop No. 3 in the Sankalp Residency. We are located in the Sarkhana area, right behind the Shyam Dham Mandir near Jagatnaka. Being so close to the temple means we see a lot of people coming in after their prayers or during the evening visits. It’s usually quite peaceful, though it gets a bit more crowded on festival days or weekends. The residency itself has plenty of families, so we get to know the kids who grow up around here. Running this shop is a daily routine of opening up, checking the temperatures, and waiting for the afternoon rush. It’s a small space, so we have to be organized with how we store things in the back. I do most of the work myself. There isn't much to say about us that isn't obvious when you walk in. We sell ice cream and we are located in a convenient spot for the local residents. The street outside can be a bit dusty, so I’m always wiping down the counters and the glass of the freezers. It’s just an ordinary shop where people come to take a break from their day. We don't have any fancy posters or marketing. Just the sign outside and the products in the freezer. It’s a steady living and we enjoy being a part of this little community behind the temple.
