M Enrich Salon

Our salon is in the Silver Spring Complex, specifically unit G-30 on the ground floor. We are right on Anand Mahal Road in the Adajan area. It’s a good location because we are directly opposite the Ram Petrol Pump. People often drop their cars for fuel and then pop in for a quick haircut. The complex is fairly modern, so we have decent glass windows and a nice door. Inside, I tried to make it look a bit better than the old-fashioned shops. We have some decent lighting and black chairs that look quite nice. I have a couple of people working with me. We do hair and some basic skin care. Adajan is a bit more upscale than some other parts of Surat, so we try to keep the place looking tidy. However, we still have that local feel. I usually have the news playing on a small TV in the corner. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up and we have to open the door, which lets in the smell of petrol from across the road. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything. Most of our customers come from the apartments around here. They like that they can just walk over. I’ve been running this for a few years now. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but I enjoy talking to the different people who come in.
