Lakme Salon

We have been here at West Field Shopping Mall on Ghoddod Road for quite a while now. Most people know the spot because it is right opposite the Surya Kiran Apartment. It is a busy part of Surat, but once you step inside the salon on the upper ground floor, things quiet down a bit. We do the usual stuff you would expect from a Lakme Salon. Haircuts, coloring, threading, and various skin treatments are what keep us busy throughout the day. The staff here has seen a lot of faces from around the neighborhood. We do not really do fancy speeches about what we do. It is just work. Sometimes the mall gets crowded on weekends, so it is a bit louder then, but we try to keep our area tidy and ready for whoever walks in. It isn’t a massive place, but there is enough room for everyone to get their hair done without feeling cramped. Most of our regulars just drop in when they are out doing their shopping or errands. We have seen the area change a lot over the years, with new shops opening up and others closing down, but we stay right here at A block. We use the standard products provided to us and follow the steps we were taught. It is a job we take seriously because people care about how they look when they leave. If you are looking for us, just look for the mall entrance and head to the upper ground level.
