Krishna Dairy And Sweets is located right on Varachha Road 1 2 3. It’s a very busy spot with lots of traffic and noise going past all day long. We deal with fresh milk and all the usual sweets you’d expect to find in a local shop around here. The place has been here for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the constant sound of horns from the street outside. We start our day before most people are even awake to get the first batches of milk sorted out and ready for sale. The shelves are mostly filled with containers and the glass cases have whatever sweets we finished making that morning. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll usually see the same faces behind the counter every time you walk in. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people in from the surrounding blocks. Sometimes the line gets long in the mornings when everyone wants their curd or milk at the same time before work. We try to move fast but it’s just a few of us working. The shop isn't much to look at, just a practical place to get your dairy. We keep the counters wiped down and the floors swept as much as we can, though the dust from Varachha Road always finds its way back in. It’s just how it goes here. We take pride in the stuff we make, even if the building itself is a bit old and worn down.
