Kids Corner

We have been here at Jolly Arcade for a good while now. Our spot is at L 25, right across from Rangila Park on Ghod Dod Road. It’s a busy area, especially in the evenings when families are out for a walk in the park. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit much, but that is just how it is around here. We open up the shutters every morning and start setting things out. The arcade has changed over the years, but we stay pretty much the same. Most people know us because they pass by on their way to other shops or the park. It is a small space, but we manage to keep everything organized enough for people to look around. If you are walking down Ghod Dod Road, you will see the sign. We don't do anything fancy, just keep the place running day by day. It gets dusty sometimes with all the cars going by, so there is always cleaning to do. My brother and I take turns being here. We know the neighbors pretty well, and the other shopkeepers always stop for a quick word or some tea. It is a quiet kind of busy, if that makes sense. We’ve seen kids grow up coming here, which is something you notice when you stay in one place for a long time. Nothing much else to say, we are just here at the corner, doing our thing like everyone else in the arcade. We hope people find what they need when they stop in.
