Kaushal Marble

Kaushal Marble is situated at Survey No 220 in the Hajira area, specifically at Junabazar Chowk in Bhatha. Our place, Kaushal House, is right across from the State Bank of India branch, so it is quite easy to find if you are in that part of town. We deal with various types of marble and stone slabs that people use for floors and kitchen counters. It’s a heavy business, and our yard is full of large pieces of rock that we have brought in from different places. We spend a lot of time showing people the different patterns and colors in the stone because no two slabs are ever exactly the same. Some have more veins, and some are plain. It is interesting to see what people choose for their homes. We have a small crew that helps with cutting the stone to size if someone needs a specific measurement. The sound of the saws can get a bit loud during the day. We are just regular people trying to provide a good selection of stone to the local community. The office is small and simple, mostly just a place to sit and talk about prices. We don't have a big glossy catalog or anything like that. You just come in, look at the actual stone, and decide what you like. It’s how we have always done things here.
