Apple Gems

Apple Gems is situated at G 8 in the Divyajyot Flat, which is part of the Alkapuri Society. We are right near Sumul Dairy Road in Katargam and also near Sumul Dairy Road, so the area is usually quite busy with all the dairy traffic and local shoppers. Our shop is small and humble. We don't have the big, bright lights of a mall jewelry store. Instead, we have a few old counters and some basic tools for looking at stones. We have been in Katargam for a long time and have seen how the gem business has changed here. Most of our day is spent at our desks, working on different pieces or talking to people who walk in off the street. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road outside, but we don't mind it. We are just local people doing what we know. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just try to be honest about the stones we sell and do a decent job with the jewelry we handle. Many of our customers have been coming to us for years, and we know their families. It feels more like a community than a business sometimes. We keep our overhead low and our work simple. If you are in Alkapuri, you might see us sitting by the window. We are just a small, local shop making a living every single day.
