We are located over on Sampige Road, specifically at 601/644 on the 17th Cross in Surat. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. People usually come to us when they are thinking about going overseas for their studies or maybe for work. We don't have any flashy offices, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and talk about the different steps involved. Dealing with visas and applications can be a real headache, so we just try to break it down for folks. We spend a lot of time looking at forms and checking requirements for different countries. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. Sometimes the rules change and we have to catch up quickly. We have a few staff members who handle the different parts of the process. It’s mostly local students from around Surat who drop in. We tell them what we know based on the years we’ve been doing this. It’s a steady kind of work. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just want to help the person sitting across from us get their documents in order. The neighborhood is pretty active, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We keep the doors open and try to stay organized. It’s about being practical and getting things done so people can move on to their next step in life.
