Kanaiya Icecream

So, we are located over in the Dindoli area of Vadodara, specifically inside Ellora Park. It’s a pretty quiet spot most of the time compared to the busier parts of the city. We’ve been running Kanaiya Icecream here for a while, and it’s not a huge operation, just a small shop where we keep the freezers stocked up. We get a lot of families from the neighborhood coming in, especially after dinner when the weather is finally cooling down a bit. Most people around here know where we are. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for customers to drop by. Sometimes it gets a little hectic on the weekends, but mostly it’s just a steady flow of local folks. The park nearby makes it a nice place to sit for a minute. We try to keep a good variety of flavors, though some are definitely more popular than others. Being in Dindoli feels like a good fit for us. It’s a simple life, running an ice cream place. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and making sure the machines are working right. It’s honest work. If you are ever walking through Ellora Park, you might see us. We’re usually just hanging around the counter. It’s nothing special, just a local spot for something sweet when you're in the mood for it. We just keep things simple for the folks.
