Kailash Ice Cream

Kailash Ice Cream is over at Shop No 6 in Square Point. We are right at the City Light Char Rasta area. It's a well-known spot, so most people don't have trouble finding us. We've been operating out of this small unit for some time now. We sell ice cream, mostly the standard stuff that people expect. The intersection gets pretty loud with traffic, but inside it’s just the hum of the freezers. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and stay until late. It is a local business, through and through. The neighbors come by, and sometimes people driving through stop for a quick bite. We try to keep things simple and honest. The floor gets mopped every day, and we keep the flavors updated on the board. It’s not a big corporate chain. It’s just a shop. Sometimes we run out of a certain flavor, but that’s life. If you’re around the Char Rasta, you’ll see our sign. It’s a straightforward place for anyone who wants something cold. We just do our job and go home at night. It’s a small part of the City Light neighborhood. We are just people trying to make a living and keep the ice cream cold for everyone who visits Square Point.
