Jalaram Dairy

Our shop, Jalaram Dairy, is tucked away in the Pandesara area at Raghavendra Nagar, Aneka 755/3. It is not located on a main highway, but the people who live nearby in the colony find us easily enough. We mostly sell fresh milk and dahi. I start my day around 5 AM every morning to get everything ready for the first customers. It is very quiet at that hour, just the sound of the birds and the clinking of the milk crates on the ground. By 7 AM, it gets very busy with people getting ready for their jobs. We have a small wooden counter where we take the cash and give change. The paint on the exterior walls is peeling a little bit, but we are usually too busy to fix it. It does not really matter much as long as the milk we sell is fresh and cold. We do not have a website or anything like that. If people want to find us, they usually just ask someone else in Raghavendra Nagar. My wife helps me pack the curd into containers in the afternoons. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. We are just a family trying to make a living here in Pandesara. The neighbors are good people and we know most of them well. We have seen many of the local kids grow up over the years.
