We run our export business out of B-507 here in Surat. It’s a busy place and we spend most of our time dealing with shipments and making sure everything is packed up right. Being in Surat, we are right in the middle of a lot of trade, which keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. Our office at Barve is where we handle all the phone calls and the paperwork that comes with sending goods out. It’s hard work and some days are longer than others, especially when there are delays or things to sort out with the shipping companies. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and have learned how to handle the ups and downs of the market. It’s just a small team of us working here. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and documents. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don't do a lot of talking about ourselves, we just focus on getting the work done and making sure our clients get what they need. If you're looking for us, we’re usually there from morning until late evening. It’s a straightforward operation. We buy things, we check them, and we send them where they need to go. There isn't much more to say about it. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward.
