Our place is in the New Sardar Market, specifically at Office E/33, 34 on the mezzanine floor. We are in the block that covers 33 to 43 on Ring 3. If you have ever been to the Puna Kumbharia Road area, you know how hectic it gets every single day. The market is full of trucks, loaders, and people shouting all day long. Being on the mezzanine floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below, but it is still pretty loud even with the door shut. First Grade Impex Llp is right in the middle of all that action. We deal with imports and exports, mostly things moving through the market. The office is small and functional. We do not have fancy furniture because it would just get dusty from the market air anyway. We spend our time checking invoices and making sure the trucks are being loaded with the right stuff. It is a lot of physical checking too, not just sitting behind a computer screen. We have to go down to the floor often to see the goods for ourselves and talk to the drivers. It is a rough and ready kind of environment. We do not use big words or have any long-term vision statements. We just focus on getting today’s work done and preparing for tomorrow. It is a hard-working spot, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
