Hemraj Icecream

Hemraj Icecream is located at Rander Road 18. We have a small place where we sell different flavors of ice cream to anyone who walks in. Rander Road is usually pretty busy especially in the evenings when families are out for a walk. That is when we get most of our visitors. We have a few freezers that we have to keep running all the time so the ice cream stays frozen. We spend our time scooping out bowls and cones for the kids and the adults. It is a nice job because most people are happy when they are getting a treat. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It is just a clean shop with some places to stand. We have to be careful to keep everything very clean because of the sticky sugar. We have been at this location for a while and we like being part of the neighborhood. Sometimes we run out of the popular flavors and have to wait for the next delivery. We don't do any big advertising. People just see the sign and come in when they want something cold. It is a straightforward business to run. We just show up, open the freezers, and start serving. It makes for a long day but we are used to the rhythm of it by now. We just want to keep the ice cream cold and the customers served.
