Hari Om Marble

You can find Hari Om Marble at 5 Udhna Priyanka Shopping Centre, which is right opposite the Bhakti Dham Temple. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and see people coming and going for their prayers all day long. Our shop is part of the shopping centre, but since we deal with marble, it’s a bit different from the other stores around us. We have heavy slabs of stone leaning against the walls and stacked in the back area. It’s a dusty business, there is really no way around that. If you work with marble, you’re going to have some white dust on your clothes by the end of the shift. We’ve been in Udhna for quite a while now. Most people around here know exactly where we are. We don't have a fancy website or a professional sales team. It’s just us here at the Priyanka Shopping Centre. We spend the day showing people the different grains and colors in the stone slabs. Every piece of marble is a bit different, so it takes some time for people to choose the right one. We don't mind the wait. We just sit in the shop or move things around with the heavy trolley. It’s honest, physical work that keeps us busy. The location is very easy to find because of the temple across the street. We just keep things simple and focus on the stone we have in stock. It’s a decent way to live.
