Gopal Dairy & Sweet

Gopal Dairy & Sweet is located at shop number 46 in Purshottam Park, which is right by the Kasturba Cross Road in Dabholi. It’s a very lively little corner of the neighborhood. We start our day very early, usually before most people are even awake, to get the milk and sweets ready for the morning rush. The shop is small but we keep it as clean as we can given how many people come through. Being at a cross road means there are always people passing by, whether they are walking to the bus or driving to work. We have some regular customers who stop in every single day for their usual milk or snacks. It’s nice to see the same faces around Purshottam Park all the time. Sometimes the cross road gets a bit chaotic with traffic and noise, but it keeps things interesting for us. Inside, we have various glass cases where we display the different sweets we have made that morning. We don’t have a lot of room for seating, so most people just grab what they need and head out to their next destination. We’ve been at this Dabholi location for a while and feel like we are part of the neighborhood now. There is always a lot of washing up to do at the end of the day, as dairy products leave a lot of mess on the counters. It’s just a simple shop where we do our best to keep things ready for customers.
