Ganesh Dairy And General Stores

We are located right in Gopinath Society on Rander Road in Surat. The shop is called Ganesh Dairy And General Stores. Since we handle a lot of dairy products, we have to be up and ready before almost everyone else in the Ramnagar area. The milk crates usually arrive very early in the morning and we have to get them inside and into the coolers. We also keep a variety of general items like snacks, grains, and different kinds of washing powder. Surat has its own fast pace, and Rander is a place that is always moving. Our shop isn't very big, so we have to stack the boxes and bags quite high. Sometimes it looks like the piles might fall over, but we have a way of balancing them. We have a small fridge for curd and buttermilk which always sells out very fast during the hot summer months. My wife helps me out in the mornings before she goes to her own work. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us since the day we first opened. We don't do any big advertising or put up posters. People in the society just know we are here. The street outside can get quite muddy when the monsoon rains come. We try to keep our floor clean, but it is hard with so many people coming in and out. It is a simple business for us. We buy what people need and sell it at a fair price. No big schemes, just honest daily trade.
